Mulhako wa Alhomwe is an organization founded to provide exposure to cultural traditions of the Lhomwe tribe. Our focus is the practice and preservation of Lhomwe Culture and Traditions.
Mulhako Wa Alhomwe Cultural Heritage is a cultural organization dedicated to preserving, promoting, and celebrating the traditions, values, and identity of the Alhomwe people.
Established to unite and uplift the Lhomwe community, we focus on cultural preservation, youth empowerment, education, leadership development, and community advancement.
The vision of the Mulhako wa Alhomwe is a Malawi where cultural diversity is celebrated and valued as a source of strength and beauty, leading to enhanced quality of life and collective progress for all individuals and communities.
It aspires for cultural practices to improve learning, health, and tolerance, ensuring that cultural identity is a binding force beyond politics, language, and region.


To keep the Lhomwe heritage, traditions, language, and cultural practices alive and pass them on to younger generations.
To foster unity, love, and peaceful co-existence among the Lhomwe people and other tribes within Malawi and the broader African continent.
To be a cultural and developmental institution that empowers its community and encourages hard work and education among its youth to become productive citizens of Malawi.
